Application and Admission Procedure

  1. After submitting the Application Form and other supporting documents, the Registrar will issue a Conditional Letter of Acceptance to the applicant. The Conditional Letter acts as an invoice for tuition payment and is not a confirmation of admission at the College.
  2. Upon meeting all admission requirements and paying tuition as set out in the Conditional Letter, the applicant will be issued a Letter of Admission.
  3. An individual is considered enrolled at Canadian Khalsa College when a Letter of Admission is issued in the student’s name, with the letter date being the effective date.
  4. Canadian Khalsa College reserves the right to revoke the Letter of Admission and/or terminate
student admission at any time if the applicant is found inadmissible because:

    1. The applicant misrepresents their supporting documents.
    2. The applicant refuses to comply with the College policies.

Upon the withdrawal of the Letter of Admission, the applicant is no longer considered a student
of Canadian Khalsa College; the applicant may not use the revoked Letter of Admission as proof
of admission under any circumstances.
